Yoga Flexs was founded in 2022 to serve as an online yoga resource. The website gradually grew over time and is now an award-winning yoga resource center and comprehensive guide for exploring yoga postures, meditation techniques, pranayama, yoga therapy, and the history and philosophy of yoga.

We are here to assist in the fullest capacity possible by disseminating the knowledge and wisdom of the ancient yoga path to those who seek these resources. Mohd Zubair is qualified to instruct yoga. Mohd Zubair has finished a 300-hour Advanced Yoga course and has studied and taught a variety of yoga methods. Since 2022, Mohd Zubair has served as the Executive Director of YogaFlexs.com. He is the director of the yogaFlexs school and has published more than two hundred publications on the practice and philosophy of yoga.
OUR FUTURE PLANS:
1. To establish our private well-managed office.
2. Become financially self-stable.
3. Provide professional services as management cooperatives.
